Final Year Project
After Rain, We Breathe - Production Management Team: Stage Manager, Multi-Media Operator

Planning and executing the production from mid-rehearsals to the final show, supporting the client through constant check-ins, and managing show cues while multitasking with MM operations during the performance.

This project was well-organised and successfully executed by my team, receiving positive feedback from the client. We supported the client closely to bring her vision to life, managing the show from rehearsals to bump-out through careful planning, problem-solving, and effective execution, with backup plans to ensure a smooth process throughout.

Affordable Arts Festival 2024 - Facilitator and Design Team

Planning and facilitating children's activities, guiding children in arts and crafts, designing and executing the sets to make the space an immersive experience for the children.

RPresenting to the Fullest 16 2024 - Asst. Chief Liaison Officer and Planning Committee

Student advisor, guiding the running batch on the planning process of hosting a dance competition, guiding them on how to handle sponsorships, administrative matters, and mentoring the Chief Liaison Officer.

Esplanade x RP In Youthful Company 2024 - Student Producer and Asst. Stage Manager

Planned and produced a dance performance held outside of school, liaising with experienced staff members from Esplanade Theatre, different dance groups, and appointing show roles, ensuring a smooth show together with the Stage Manager

Emergence 2023 - Secretary, Chief Artison Liaison Officer, Planning Committee

Handled all administrative matters for the production, heavily responsible for liaising with all departments, ensuring everyone is on schedule, communicated with all item's representative and deploying manpower for ALOs of each item, planned the production together with my Exco team, seniors, and staff advisor to ensure a smooth show.

Momentum Dance Festival 2023 - Chief Artison Liaison Officer

Be the bridge of communication between the SM team and each item, deploying of manpower to ensure each item has an ALO who would be there to care for their well-being.
